Bootcamp is circuit style workouts that utilize equipment such as dumbbells, barbells, resistance bands, suspension straps, and trampolines for creative muscle toning and to jump start your cardio fitness. Unlike our Barre classes FITCamp focuses on weight training and some use of our equipment (Elliptical, Leg Press, Bike, Row Machine) so shoes are recommended.
